Ed Stickles
Co-founder and co-owner of Cornerstone Title & Settlement, LLC, Ed has almost 40 years of title searching experience in Sussex County. He is a Newton native and a proud United States Marine Corps. Veteran.
Louise Mauro
Louise has worked in the title insurance industry since 1993. She began her career searching in Sussex County. She was trained as a title reader by a large company in Morristown before returning to co-found Cornerstone Title & Settlement, LLC. Louise lives in Hampton with her husband and two children.
Stephanie Schick
Stephanie has been with Cornerstone since 2002. She handles all aspects of the title transaction, including clearing title for closing and preparation of the settlement statements. Stephanie currently lives in Newton with her husband and three children.
Joe Stickles
Joe is a 1992 graduate from Oklahoma University, with a degree in Finance. After working in the NYC Financial District for almost 15 years, Joe joined Cornerstone in 2006. He is our primary closer and also handles all post closing requirements.
Sarah Stickles
Sarah is the youngest member of our team. She is a Sussex County Native that joined Cornerstone in 2016. She is our staff searcher for all Sussex County properties. Sarah currently lives in Wantage with her boyfriend, two dogs and cat.
